Go to Anyer again!!! This time is go to old lighthouse at Anyer. Lighthouse (or we call "Mercusuar" in Bahasa) in Anyer is the second oldest lighthouse in Indonesia. It is built in 1885 during Dutch colonial in the time of Willem III.

Anyer lighthouse is 75.5 metres in height and having 18 floors with the light ball is placed in the top of the houselights.

The kids were very excited, they enthusiastic climbed the iron stairs to go upstairs. I was really surprised looking that they were not felt exhausted at all climbing 18 floors, while their mother hardly could climb. Come on mom...!!!

Wow...!!! Fantastic!!
The scenery from the top of the lighthouse was amazing! The sea side, the road side, really spectacular. The wind blew touch our face.
The kids were excited by the light ball inside the lighthouse which can be rotated 360 degree, they kept asking what is that!! Probably they were thinking, it is not like as the ball lamp at their house :)

This Anyer lighthouse also known as zero point of Anyer - Panarukan Street. Street from Anyer to Panarukan which is approximately 1000 km in lenght was built during the Ducth colonial in the order of Deandels General which was during the construction has sacrificed many people within 1 year construction.

The beach near the lighthouse is also beautiful. The kids and their mother loved to take picture here. Many beautiful point can be shoot and no wonder that many wedding photo taken here.

Don't know what to go at holiday? Just try Water boom at Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta

Watch out, the water is poured!!! Bomblazter make the kids excited!

Well, actually we had an opportunity to go to Water Boom Pantai Indah Kapuk on company outing program. That time, after many discussion, we decided to go to Water Boom Pantai Indah Kapuk since the kids probably will like playing with water very much. Then, after the kids is satisfied enough playing with water, we planned to go to Karawaci Shopping Center. Kid's mother would be very excited, I though.

There are many recreation facilities, for kids such as bomblazter, kiddy pool; and also for family such as wave pool, wild river, pleasure pool; or for adult such as speed slide, etc.

Wave pool attraction and kiddy poo
l, the kids enjoyed much.

Here also the kids pool with slide,
water, water everywhere!

It's time to go home kids! Time to say good bye! Sayonara!!!

During our way back to Cilegon, Banten Province, we stopped by at Karawaci Shopping Center at Tangerang city for dinner. After l
ooked around to find anything to eat, we decided to have dinner at "Kedai Nyonya" where you can find Indonesian old nuance. Furniture here are resemble to those used before modern age. I could found everything when I was child, the door, the chairs, the table, the lamp, etc. I was so interesting, took me back to the situation when I was child.

We tried the Kedai Nyonya Fried Rice, Asparagus Corn Soup, and some porridge for the kids. Delicious!

I forgot exactly when we got here to Tanjung Lesung. What I remember is that at the time, we didn't have any intention to go here. Just driving along to Anyer. My wife said that she wanted to go to Marbella beach, but then after we arrive at Marbella hotel, it was very crowded, so we decided to continue driving to Tanjung Lesung.

Tanjung Lesung
lies in the tip of Banten Province, precisely in Pandeglang district. It took about 2 hours from Cilegon to Tanjung Lesung, or approximately 4 hours from Jakarta. After passes through Anyer district which is full with beachs and hotels along right and left side, we entered to Pandeglang district. The scenery along the road near to Tanjung Lesung was beautiful, a lot of green field of rice field.

Then we arrived at Tanjung Lesung resort area. Before the entrance to resort area, there is security post where checking is required. The personnel there would ask you whether you have had reservation or not. At that time, because we just would like to have sight seeing only, so we told them that we just want to go around for survey :)
There will be entrance fee for only sight seeing. It just 20,000 rupiah at that time.

After about 5 minutes driving, we could see the Kalica Resort and Villa Bay Resort. Inside the resort there are many facilities, including restaurant, beach, swimming fool in each type of villa or cottage. The white sand beach was very beautiful. My children couldn't stand for those sea water calling. They just straightly went to the beach and play with the sand.

The swimming fool was directly faced the sea side, and in front of the restaurant. Many tourists came to Tanjung Lesung during that time.

Ah, the mount of Krakatau also could be seen from here. As you may know that mount Krakatau is one of the active volcano in Indonesia. Located in the Sunda Strait between the islands of Java and Sumatra, the Krakatau Island Nature Reserve is the spectacular site of the world's youngest active volcano . Anak Krakatau (The son of Krakatau) has been steadily rising out of the sea since 1930 and is considered as one of the best examples of recent island volcanism and tropical vegetation succession.

There were also playground for kids to play around, and if you want to go around the beach with bicycle, there was a bicycle rent near the playground.
Ah, I forgot, there was also Beach Club where you can find many sea water adventures. They offer many facilities in order to satisfy the customer who loves sea water sport.

So, just check it out by yourself, the beauty of Tanjung Lesung Beach!
